These terms apply to 3plpriceindex.com and to paid plans sold on it. The site is operated by 3PL Price Index, 28 W Flagler St, Ste 300B #491, Miami, FL 33130 ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. Paid plans and automatic renewal
Verified, Featured and Premium plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered, your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] from the email used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your plan until then and are not charged again. Your listing then returns to a free Basic listing.
3. Refunds
- We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time or downgrades.
- If you request it within 14 days of your first payment and your listing has not yet been upgraded (badge, placement or leads not yet delivered), we refund that first payment in full.
- Renewal payments are not refundable once charged, except where the law requires.
4. Founding member pricing
The founding offer (code FOUNDING50) gives 50% off the first year of a yearly plan, is limited to 25 accounts in total, and cannot be combined with other offers. After the first year the plan renews automatically at the full yearly price unless you cancel or, before renewal, ask in writing to switch to the matching Lite plan at your founding price. Founding pricing ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses.
5. Pay-per-lead
Free Basic listings can opt in to pay-per-lead by email agreement. Each lead we deliver is billed at the per-lead price in effect when you opted in ($49, $99 or $199 depending on the buyer's stated order volume), invoiced through Stripe and due on receipt. A lead is a request from a business that agreed to be contacted. We do not guarantee that a lead will reply, buy or be a fit. We credit a lead only if you report it within 7 days of delivery and we verify one of these: the email bounces, the phone number is disconnected or fake, or it duplicates a lead we already sent you in the past 30 days. Leads that do not reply, do not buy or are not a fit are not credited.
6. Listing accuracy
Rates and details are copied from each 3PL's own public pages on the date shown and may be out of date or incomplete. The site is general information, not a quote, offer or advice. Always get a written quote from the 3PL. Paid plans affect placement and lead routing only, never the rates shown. 3PLs are responsible for the accuracy of information they send us, and we may edit or remove any listing.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at scale, submit false requests or impersonate a company. We may suspend a listing or plan that breaks these terms, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid time if we end it without cause.
8. Limits of liability
The site and plans are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or for any dealings between users and 3PLs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes to paid plans apply from your next billing period, and we will email active subscribers about material changes.
